Enolmaster/Enolmatic Oil Bath Vacuum Filter - Enolmaster/Enolmatic Motor Air Filter
The Enolmaster Oil Bath Vacuum Filter is to be used when filling liqueurs, thin syrups, Limoncello, or other sugary products, as well as hot products such a juice (without pulp). This filter is required to preserve the life of your vacuum pump which will clog and fail prematurely without it.
- The Oil Bath Filter is to be installed between the vacuum pump and the recovery vessel (as shown in image) and must be filled with food grade mineral oil.
- This filter captures the and traps sugar ladened moisture out of the air that is being pulled through the vacuum system of the filter collecting it on a filter/screen inside the unit where it then drops, as a liquid, into the bottom of the filter instead of being pulled into the diaphragm of the filler's onboard pump.

- This item does not come with any Enolmaster configuration as standard equipment and must be purchased separately. Failure as a result of operating your Enolmaster to bottle one of the aforementioned items without this filter will not be covered under warranty
