Techno D M-Series Linear Weigh Fillers (aka “Vibratory Channel Fillers” or “Channel Dosers”) are an excellent solution for automatically weighing and filling a wide range of dry, or even frozen, products up to 1cm. The Techno D Linear Weigh Filers have many features that include ease of use, simplified maintenance, and the integration of an HMI SIEMENS interface, which allows for remote operation (via the optional Tele-Service System 4.0).
This M-Series Dry Filler, intended for products up to 1cm—or the optional V-Series (0.5cm), S-Series (3cm) or K-Series (8cm)—performs precise and efficient filling of granulars, spices, chocolate chips, granola, trail mix, pet food, dried fruit, cereal, candy, chips, cookies, and countless other products.
The versatility of these units makes them ideal for different needs, sectors and industries, providing accurate and reliable filling to a wide range of applications and industries that can take advantage of the benefits of automated weighing.
All Techno D Linear Weigh Fillers can be used semi-automatically by discharge pedal, or incorporated into an automated packaging line that can include Elevators/Conveyors for feeding product to the filler, Package Sealers, Exit Conveyors, Receiving Trays and Labelers. Additionally, Thermoforming can be added in place of using preformed bags.
Thanks to the new intuitive SIEMENS HMI interface, the Techno D Linear Weigh Fillers are designed to be user friendly, with up to 100 programable recipes. The optional Tele-Service System 4.0 with webcam integration provides the ability to access, monitor, and download production data and results.
