This Automated Tube Filling and Sealing machine is designed for precise filling of Aluminum or Plastic (PE, PP, & Polyfoil) tubes with creams, gels, and other viscous and non-viscous liquids and cosmetics. Plastic tubes are hot sealed, with excess plastic cut & discarded, and Aluminum tubes are folded and crimped. After filling and sealing, tubes can be coded (date, lot no., batch no., etc.) on either or both sides. These are high quality, durable, accurate filling machines, that are easy to operate.
